The Body

Absolutely love the pen and ink, but I want to rave about the customer service! Zayna was more than quick in response to my shipping question (cost & options), adjusted the options, then shipped my order next day air. I was surprised by how no fuss it was, because shipping was to Alaska. We typically can’t order some things to Alaska and if we can, it is ALWAYS costly and often goes at snail mail speeds. I understand that shipping costs are only increasing so for a small business to ship at a greater cost is not overlooked. I so appreciate the help and thoughtfulness. This pen is so so beautiful! I love the way it writes so far. The decorative details are so intricate! I’ve only used the dominant industry matching ink but it’s a lovely match to use with the pen.
This pen is gorgeous and writes smoothly even though I got an extra fine. I enjoy this pen more than I thought I would. The presentation is amazing and I may be tempted to purchase more pens from Dominant Industry in the future. Shipping was so fast and the pen was packaged so beautifully.
