Pilot Iroshizuku - Yama-guri (Wild Chestnut)

Pilot Iroshizuku Yama-guri (山栗, "Wild Chestnut") is a deep chestnut brown fountain pen ink with cool, subtle undertones — a refined, understated alternative to black for everyday writing. Shading is excellent, ranging from lighter earthy browns to near-black lines, with a soft antique-gold sheen visible in larger, wetter applications. Flow is smooth and slightly wet with a fast dry time and light water resistance. Fountain pen safe across all nib sizes.

The Iroshizuku name comes from iro ("color") and shizuku ("droplet"), and each ink is named for a Japanese natural landscape or plant.
